OpenStrict Open Source Policy

StrictOS is a decentralized OS that aggregates thousands of nano cutting-edge modules. The core code is polymorphic in StrictOS and was embedded with AI and blockchain technology.

As the specific exception to the above, StrictOS’s non-free section contains several tools which are not open source, but which have been made available for redistribution by OpenSctrict through default or specific licensing agreements with the vendors of those tools.

The OpenStrict Open Source Policy outlines the principles and guidelines for the development and distribution of open source software components within the StrictOS ecosystem. The policy is designed to ensure that all open source software used in StrictOS is high-quality, secure, and reliable, and that the development process is transparent and collaborative.

Open Source Components: OpenStrict will use and distribute open source software components wherever possible, in order to promote collaboration and innovation in the StrictOS ecosystem.

Quality and Security: All open source components used in StrictOS must meet strict quality and security standards, and must undergo thorough testing and security review before being included in the StrictOS distribution.

License Compliance: StrictOS will only use open source components that are licensed under compatible open source licenses, and will comply with all licensing terms and conditions.

Transparency and Collaboration: The development process for StrictOS open source components will be transparent and collaborative, and will encourage contributions from the community.

Community Participation: OpenStrict will actively engage with the open source community, and will encourage contributions and feedback from the community.

Continuous Improvement: OpenStrict will continually review and improve its open source policy and practices, in order to promote the best possible use of open source software within the StrictOS ecosystem.

By adhering to this open source policy, OpenStrict is committed to promoting the development of high-quality, secure, and reliable open source software, and to fostering a vibrant and collaborative open source community.
